UW13 HMS HANDLE

The UW13 HMS is a bar designed for training on the upper and lower pulley. It can be used for a whole range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting from small muscle groups such as biceps and triceps, through the anterior and lateral deltoids, to the lats and the erector spinae.

The length of the bar and the spacing of the handles allow for exercises with a narrow and wide grip. This results in effective training. The handles are set at an angle. Thanks to this, during each exercise they engage alternative muscle attachments in relation to a straight grip. The rubberized handle allows for a firm and comfortable grip, which prevents the equipment from slipping out of the hands. The handle is made of steel. This allows for training with a significant load.
