The UW14 HMS is a bar designed for training on the upper and lower pulleys. It can be used for a whole range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting from small muscle groups like biceps and triceps, through the anterior and lateral deltoids, to the lats and the erector spinae.

It is made of high-quality steel, which allows training with a significant load. Its length and the number of rubber-coated handles guarantee many grip options, from very narrow to very wide. Thanks to this, the handle will allow, with each exercise, to develop muscles at different lengths of their attachments. The extreme handles are set at an angle, which, when exercising the bar pull on the upper pulley, helps to pull the elbows to the torso, i.e. maintain the best exercise technique. The handle allows for precise training, without fear of slipping out of the hands. This is ensured by rubber-coated handles, which also provide a secure and comfortable grip.
