UW29 HMS HANDLE

The UW29 HMS is a bar designed for training on the upper and lower pulleys. It can be used for a whole range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting from small muscle groups like biceps and triceps, through the anterior and lateral deltoids, to the lats and erector spinae.

Its length guarantees many grip options, from very narrow to very wide. Thanks to this, during training, the bar guarantees the development of muscles at different lengths of their attachments. The extreme handles are set in a neutral grip, thanks to which it will allow you to engage alternative muscle attachments during the exercise. The handle is made of high-quality steel, which allows for training with a significant load. Additionally, the rough handle prevents the equipment from slipping out of the hands, while requiring a stronger grip, which also allows you to develop the forearm muscles.
