UWN070 HMS is a special plate that is attached to the CYKLOP 2 crane together with the rails. This is additional equipment.

The plate is mounted to the bar, thanks to which it is possible to perform a leg press of the bar upwards, lying on the mat. The assembly is very simple, and additional safeguards guarantee safety. Thanks to the position in which the body is during the exercise, not only the quadriceps muscle is engaged, but also the gluteus muscle. In the case of this exercise, during the movement the buttock is strongly stretched, which affects the effectiveness. The greater the range of movement and the stronger the muscle stretch, the better the training results.
