WA10 HMS is a wide roller for exercising the muscles of the whole body. The biggest advantage of this model is its wide tread measuring as much as 16.5 cm! Thanks to it, maintaining balance is definitely easier than in the case of standard exercise wheels. An additional advantage are knee pads, thanks to which we can exercise without worrying about abrasions.

The exercise roller has large, ergonomic and non-slip handles, so your hands don't slip.

During the roller exercises, almost the entire body works. In addition to the rectus abdominis muscle, deep and oblique muscles are engaged. Going higher, the latissimus dorsi, teres major, minor and infraspinatus muscles are also stimulated. Additionally, the arm muscles - brachialis and triceps - also work. In turn, a stable base in the kneeling position is provided by the tense thigh muscles, i.e. the quadriceps and buttocks - gluteus maximus.

The thickness of the WA10 HMS wheel allows the user to fully focus on the technique of the exercises performed, which translates into increased exercise effectiveness. Additionally, the WA10 HMS roller has a built-in return spring, which, during training, makes it easier for the user to return to the starting position.
