How does HHW06 work?

The operation of the HHW06 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with a gravity ball (load) attached. When performing circular movements with the hips, the centrifugal force starts to work, which moves the gravity ball in a circle, putting the abdominal and torso muscles into a state of tension.

Training and massage in one

Through the 360-degree movement, the springs located in the heads placed around the entire circumference of the loop perfectly absorb overloads and adapt to the body, which causes an additional massage effect, providing the body with a pleasant feeling.
