How does HHW09 work?

The operation of the HHW09 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (load). When performing circular movements with the hips, the centrifugal force starts to work, which moves the gravity ball in a circle, putting the abdominal and torso muscles into a state of tension.

Training and massage in one

Through the 360-degree movement, the rubber heads with protrusions placed around the entire circumference of the loop adapt to the body, which causes an additional massage effect, providing the body with a pleasant feeling. An additional advantage is the ability to change the length range of the gravity ball strap. It ranges from 22 cm to 38 cm. The longer the strap, the greater the centrifugal force during exercises, i.e. the greater the weight and the higher the level of difficulty of performing rotations.

The assembly is done using clips. Simply press the clip to pull out or insert an additional element. Then you need to insert the rail with the gravity ball into the loop, adjust the length of the strap and you're done. It is important not to pull out the element in which the sensor responsible for providing data is located. Additionally, thanks to its compact size, it is easy to carry, you can take this product with you anywhere.
