How are magnets used?

How does HHM14 work?

The operation of the HHM14 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with a gravity ball (load) attached. When performing circular movements with the hips, the centrifugal force starts to work, which moves the gravity ball in a circle, putting the abdominal and torso muscles into a state of tension.

The HHM14 is only 2 cm wide, while the market standard is 5 cm. Thanks to this, it will easily fit in a bag that you leave home with or a small drawer in the bedroom. The HHM14 is the most compact hula hoop in our offer and weighs only 800 grams (including the weight). It is mounted using clips. Simply press the clip to pull out or insert an additional element. Then, insert the rail with the gravity ball into the loop, adjust the length of the strap and you're done. It is important not to pull out the element that contains the sensor responsible for providing data.

HHM14 is equipped with a large LCD display that shows data such as: training time, calories burned and the number of repetitions (rotations). This will make monitoring your achievements during training much easier.
